At approximately 11:55 a.m. today, Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team agents arrested a local delivery driver after a suspicious package containing marijuana was found and traced back to him.
A mail service employee brought the suspicious package to the Marion County Sheriff’ Office this morning. Officials opened it to find marijuana and drug agents were notified. An investigation into the name and address on the package implicated delivery driver, Wisam Saleh.
Drug agents located Saleh at his place of employment and took him into custody. Approximately five and a half pounds of marijuana was recovered.
