MARION COUNTY JAIL RE-ENTRY SERVICES

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Marion County Jail, has established re-entry services for former inmates. The re-entry service building is located just north of the multi-purpose building on the MCSO Central Operations campus. It’s a doublewide trailer that is facing NW 10th Street, just west of the juvenile justice building and about a 100 yards north of the jail.

Re-entry services are available:

  • Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

  • Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Re-entry services include emergency food, clothing, shoes, and hygiene products. Additionally, former inmates can learn more from the dozen-or-so pamphlets connected to several agencies and organizations who are ready to help. They are also able to apply for government benefits by using re-entry services computers and make phone calls to friends and family.
