MICHELE OTTER

Michele was reported to have left her father’s house at 16611 NE 141 Street in Fort McCoy to walk to the bus stop on the morning of May 7, 1998. She never arrived at school and has not been seen since. It is believed she left home with only her bookbag and did not take any personal belongings or money.

During the investigation, detectives learned that Mr. Otter frequently held parties at his home, and it is believed someone who attended may hold critical information, the missing piece that could finally bring Michele home.
