Staff Inspections

Staff Inspections were reestablished with the creation of the Bureau of Homeland Security and Professional Standards on January 28th, 2015. Command Staff level inspections are a strong administrative tool to regularly assess the agency’s efficiency and effectiveness and to act as a quality control measure. Staff inspections are an ongoing activity to ensure that employees are acting in concert with agency requirements to serve the citizens of Marion County.
